After being a curriculum writer, a mentor, a trainer, and a department head, I am now beginning my new phase as a blogger; I hope you can join me in this adventure as I use my classroom to discover and apply new ideas to pave a path toward proficiency.
Why do I blog?
After so many "Aha" moments, I realized I wanted to record my journey and share my experiences with my colleagues. This blog is the next step in my career where I want to go beyond my school District's boundaries and reach out to a larger community of LOTE teachers. Reaching out to a larger community allows me to feel like I am not alone in this journey. I want to be able to share my laughs, my moments of frustration, and my moments of triumph with people who, like me, can understand the struggles of teaching.
